About Me
Since having back pain as a young teenager, I began practising Pilates as a form of rehabilitation, and have developed my practice over the last 7 years into a true passion. I lead a very active lifestyle as a dancer, runner, strength trainer - you name it! Therefore, movement is incredibly important to me.
I am excited to share my passion with you as we embark on your Pilates journey together, healing, strengthening and balancing the body and mind through carefully crafted sessions. Pilates focusses on principles of flow, precision and breathwork, allowing us to incorporate relaxation and mindfulness into our practice, so that you can find your balance.
